There are several cuisines I have yet to try, for example, Argentine and Korean, and new ones seem to appear frequently. It's a big job updating the links on this site, never mind keeping up with changing fashions in dining - but I do my best! For this reason I've stuck to London. I just don't get away enough to extend the site to other parts of Britain.
