Visited Munch, friendly staff, but on a rainly Sunday afternoon in late October it was nearly empty which made it feel a bit cold and low on ambience. I bet it's lovely when full. Great garlic bread! |

Very good website with informative info. Have
you tried the Pepper Tree (Thai) in Clapham Common? Also very good and
value for money, average £15. The Pepper Tree, 19 Clapham Common

You were spot on about the Fire Station at
Waterloo. When we looked in but the tables were not cleared and the place
looked so dirty we left. Waterloo Bar and Kitchen - British food, 131
Waterloo Road, SE1 8UR, Tel 020 7928 5086. Menu was good as I am a veggie
(perfect salmon and spring onion mash) and he is not (lamb shank casserole).
We could only manage one pud. He paid the bill - around £40 I think.
I fancy going back there for Sunday brunch sometime before we hit the
West End shops! |

I think your home page is great. I would also
like to recommend Green and Red, a funky new mexican in Shoreditch. 51
Bethnal Green Road, London E1 6LA, 020 7749 9670. I visited Green and
Red the other night and it was truly fantastic, with wholesome Jaliscan-style
cooking, including delicious lamb marinated in beer and chillies, and
mouthwatering ceviche. It also offers the most enormous range of tequila-based
cocktails. long live the Margherita! |

I am not in any way connected with this restaurant, but I would recommend that you review Nathalie's, the restaurant we went to last night. It is located at 3 Milner Street, Chelsea, London SW3 2QA. Tel 020 7581 2848. We had an exquisite evening out at Nathalie's. It is small, chic and friendly. Being off the beaten track, it made us feel we had discovered a secret gem. The food was very good, and the service equally so. What we liked about it was that it was very French, yet had a hip London look and feel. Actually, it was like being in a Cecil Beaton photograph. The music was good too. |
