  • Selfridges - on Oxford Street, my favourite department store in London

  • Fortnum & Mason - where the top people shop. Good tea shop and deli on ground floor
  • Harvey Nichols - temple of everything Ab Fab, from the men's lower ground floor to the fifth floor food market and restaurant, in Knightsbridge
  • Liberty - on Regent Street - fashion, fabrics and furnishings
  • Peter Jones/John Lewis - household shopping, as well as fashion, in Oxford Street and Sloane Square
  • BHS - British Homes Stores of Oxford Street
  • Debenhams - Oxford Street
  • Heals - stylish furniture on Tottenham Court Road
  • House of Fraser - of Oxford Street, also Army & Navy on Victoria Street
  • Marks & Spencer - flagship store at Marble Arch, also Oxford Circus, and several local food and clothing stores
  • Woolworths - 'high street retailer for consumers' everyday general shopping requirements' with several stores mostly located in London's suburban high streets
  • Muji - chain of Japanese shops for the home, office and clothes. This should lead to the English version
  • Super-deluxe - the 'best' of London at Sarah McAlpine's leopard-skin spotted site. Very Ab Fab
  • Loot - whatever you want, you can probably find it here and buy it. Or sell it
